Since it looks like we will be not be able to have a group meeting until the beginning of next week here are some reminders and updates concerning Strat. Plan Part 2.
As mentioned at the last meeting one major concern was having Part 2 be completed earlier to give the editor ample time to make changes and make sure that the paper flows. This time I am asking everyone to at have at least a rough draft of their section of the paper posted on Google docs by this Friday Nov. 5 so that Peter can get a running start on editing.
So far Goal #3 needs further discussion but if there are any more ideas to complete this section make sure to post it on Strategic Plan Part 2 Goals.
Is everyone free to meet Monday Nov. 8 in the morning/afternoon/evening? We certainly need to flush out goal #3 and it is cutting it close since we want to make sure that section gets completed no later than Nov. 10!

Monday afternoon/evening is fine except between 7 and 8, already have another meeting then.

ReplyDeleteI have an evening commitment on Mondays from about 6:30 until about 10. Any time before then would be fine. Or after if that's not too late.

ReplyDeleteI don't expect the meeting to last too long. By all means you can definitely leave the meeting by 6:30pm if we are still in discussion. We are just talking about goal 3 and see how everyone else is doing with their sections. thanks!
