Thanks Jennifer! I was all over the City of Carlsbad website last night. I found a lot of useful information. I noticed in the sample Part I they pulled a lot of information from the actual Gilroy Library Strategic Plan already in existence. Could you check for the Cole Library's existing strategic plan at your library? I couldn't find anything for it in the records department on the city website. Or if you have any ideas where I could find it? Perhaps I'm overlooking something. Thanks! Kate
