I can see about finding the mission and vision statement for you however your focus of the paper is not to get specific elements about the Cole library but to do a more general overview of Mission and Vision statements for an organization. How to go about creating one? What elements should be included...etc.
I would start by using our class text and look for articles through Databases on the King Library website.
Chapter 8 of our text would be pretty helpful for the first part of the paper. It's all about planning and discusses mission and vision statements as well as the SWOT analysis.
